Couldnt be without it November 22, 2007 D. Epstein (London, UK) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
This is a fantastic product, without it there is no way that I would have continued to breastfeed and I am still going at 7 months!! It is so comfortable to lay your baby on whilst breastfeeding leaving two hands free :) Being large breasted this widgey was a lifeline as I did not need to hold baby and breast!! Also useful when not breastfeeding as you can use it as a back support for your baby when learning to sit up and as it is more solid than other nursing pillows it is far more reliable as a support!! Also thoroughly useful when pregnant as you can use it as a back support for yourself!! All in all, a great all rounder..don't dally...buy it!!
Squidgy Widgey November 20, 2007 K. Pickersgill (Solihull) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is comfort if you aren't even pregnant! the great shape means comfort all round. If you have a little one you can rest it on the pillow and have the other hand feed to do as you please , whether it be....eating,feeding, even flicking through the tv channels. Its nice and easy to clean and always comes out as good as new. Its worth purchasing another cover as well so while the original is drying you can still use the pillow. Its also nice to place on the floor and let your little one lay in it whilst its playing. Its a must buy!

I bought one of these in my baby's first week when I got fed up with stacking loads of cushions round me. He was a small baby and I just couldn't feed him without some support. My widgey became famous with family and friends as it went everywhere with me for the first 2 months. I now don't need it but look forward to trying it to prop him up when he's sitting.
Wife swears by it October 22, 2008 Gozaradio (Wales, UK) Agree with the other reviews here - Helped my wife to breastfeed comfortably and has seemingly endless uses (including a comedy oversized neck pillow). Our two year old even loves playing with it. It's much firmer than say a 'V' pillow and holds it's shape no matter what punishment you put it through. If you have a new baby, or one on the way, I'm sure you will find this useful.
Good Item! May 1, 2008 Aprichelle (Leicester UK) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I found this item after giving birth to my son so I cannot comment on its usefulness during pregnancy, however I can say that I found this to be a back saver for breastfeeding! In the early weeks after my baby's birth, I was breastfeeding him what seemed like night and day and ended up having a very sore back from attempting to feed him stacked on two pillows on my lap. The great thing about this nursing pillow is that it remains firm despite heavy use, which is not only good for my back, but for my baby's back too as it keeps his spine aligned whilst he feeds. Also, if like me you had to have a cesarean section, this is a must have as it protects and evenly distributes baby's weight so that no extra pressure is felt on your incision. It also helps to encourage you to rest and get to know your new little baby whilst you are recovering. Finally it helps baby when they first start sitting up-- I nestle my baby in the centre and if he should flop to the side, he does not hurt himself since he has a cushy bumper to either side of him! Excellent item!
