We were having problems getting our new baby son to sleep in his cot at night, he seemed to feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of space around him. We tried him in a moses basket but he just screamed his disapproval time and again. The only place he would sleep was in his pram.
I then remembered having seen a Snugglenest previously and wondered if it would give him the same feeling of security that he felt in his pram. I ordered one with the intention of putting it inside his cot. The first night we used it he went straight to sleep!
The Snugglenest is primarily designed for use with co-sleeping but we have found it ideal for use in his cot. We also hope that when he outgrows it, the transition to sleeping in just the cot will be stress free.
