A must have for the 1st Trimester June 26, 2009 J. McLarty (UK) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
I am a husband and when I saw just how much my wife was suffering during the 1st trimester of pregnancy I just had to act. It will be our third child and so we have tried the ginger crystals etc, which unfortunately didn't work the 1st/2nd time around. But I am pleased to say that these bands do work. That is in the words of my wife "they take the edge off", which meant she was less sick and ultimately less nauseous. So dads/dads to be if you can't bare watching your wife/partner going through the torment give them a try.
Great for car sickness! June 5, 2009 Mrs. A. S. Lea-porter (Britain) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Takes 5 mins to start working but after that travel sickness is gone; great for long journeys.
Sea-band wrist band October 24, 2009 Janice Dawson (Scotland) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
What a great wee product. Was a little sceptical that a wristband could cure my travel sickness, but as a time-starved part-time student who needed to be able to use her commute to get some reading done, I was ready to try anything. It worked first time. Even if a little nausea creeps in, a quick press of the pressure-points usually eases it off again. The description was a little misleading and I thought the box might only contain one band, but there is one for each wrist. There's also a little box to store them in. The only down-side is the marks they leave on your wrist for while afterwards.
Sea Bands July 3, 2009 V. Kerr 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Had the most terrible morning sickness 24 hours a day, these helped get me back on my feet and start to feel a little more normal!
It really does work September 4, 2010 Mr. G. N. F. Browning As someone who has always suffered from motion sickness, without fail at sea, I was prepared for these wrist bands not to work but to my delight they did work, to the extent that I had no hint of sea sickness on the ferry from Aberdeen to Lerwick, around 14 hours duration, and I was able to eat two good meals on board, in each direction, something I would never previously have contemplated.
